USING THE AUTO CONTENT WIZARD.

  1. Launch Powerpoint from the start menu. Then, the auto content wizard dialog box appears.
  2. Click Auto content wizard, and click Ok. The Auto content wizard dialog box appears.
  3. Define the type of presentation you are creating under presentation type, choose Next.
  4. Define the format the presentation will take. will you present it in a format, informal, or informal meeting, or will your presentation run over the internet, or in a kiosk
  5. Set a presentation style by selecting the output method you will use. Also indicate whether you plan to print hand-outs, chose Next.
  6. Set your presentation option by entering the information for your title slide.
  7. Choose Finish.


CREATING A PRESENTATION USING A TEMPLATE.

  1. Launch Powerpoint from the Start menu.
  2. On the Powerpoint dialog box Click Ok, click Template, and then, Click Ok.
  3. Choose the presentation Designs tab on top of the dialog box.
  4. Click once on each file to preview the Templates. When you find one you like, Double-Click.
  5. Choose a slide. To do so, click the format you think looks right for our first one is probably correct because, (most presentation, start with a title slide) and click Ok.
CREATING A BLANK PRESENTATION.

  1. Launch Powerpoint from the Start menu.
  2. Choose Blank presentation from the Powerpoint dialog box, Click Ok.
  3. Choose the appropriate layout for the first slide.
  4. Click Ok.
