HOW TO CREATE SPEAKERS NOTES IN MICROSOFT POWERPOINT.

  1. View your presentation in the notes page view by choosing the view menu and selecting view button.
  2. Click in the notes section below the slide and type your speaker's notes.
ADDING A NEW TO A PRESENTATION.

  1. View the slide that you want the new slide to appear after.
  2. Choose the insert menu and select new slide, or click tool.
  3. Double click the appropriate slide layout. your new slide appears on screen.
CHOOSING A SLIDE LAYOUT.
A layout is slide model that power point follows on an individual, slide-by-slide basis, Every slide in a presentation, can follow the same layout, or each slide can have a different layout. you should what ever approach is most appropriate for your presentation.

CHOOSING A SLIDE OUTPUT TYPE.

  1. Choose the file menu and select page setup. The page dialog box, will appear.
  2. In the slides sized for box, click the drop list arrow and choose the appropriate output then, click Ok.

INSERTING CLIP ART ONTO A SLIDE.

  1. Double-click in the area designated for clip art by the Auto layout. Alliteratively, you can choose the insert menu, select picture and then, click clip-art, or click the clip art tool.
Then, the clip art dialog appears.

APPLYING SPECIAL EFFECTS TO TEXT.

  1. Select the text you want to change.
  2. Choose the format menu, and select Font. The Font dialog appears.
  3. Mark the effects you want. Then, click Ok.

SAVING YOUR WORK.
After you're begun to create a presentation, you should be sure to save your work.

  1. Choose the file menu, and select Save. The Save as dialog box appears.
  2. Type the filename in the file text box, and click Ok.
CREATING A CONSISTENT LOOK FOR YOUR PRESENTATION.

  1. Choose the view menu, select Menu, select master, and choose slide master.
  2. Choose the insert menu, and select New Title matter. A master with the standard title layout appears.
  3. Make the necessary changes to the title master as you would with th slide master click Close.
