If there's one thing Tech teazer are good at, it's, coming up with trick's, especially, on computers.

What  Tech teazer lovely share in common, is that using them, what i mean by using them, is the revealed trick's, to my reader's, and my follower's, on Techteazer.com, make's your computer life, a whole lot easier, and more fun.


We looked through our known, and confirmed trick's, and found one, that might interest you "My reader's, and follower's, below, are a mixture of useful and mischievous trick's.

Here they are:


  • GET BACK THAT TAB YOU ACCIDENTALLY CLOSED.
If you want to get back a tab you mistakingly / accidentally closed, just press/ click "SHIFT", + "T", and, it will magically Re-appear.

  • ONLY SCREEN-SHOT THE PART OF THE SCREEN YOU WANT.
If you only need to screen-shot part of the screen, there's a simple way, to do it for both Window's, and Mac's.

For Mac: "command", + "Shift", + "4", bring's up the tool. Then, you drag the area you want.
For Window's: Just go to "Start", and then, "Snipping tool". Or, you can even click "Ctrl" + "PRTSC SYSRQ", which is located on your computer / laptop keyboard key's, Then, you click "Ctrl C", for copy, then, you'll be required to paste it, you can even open your Ms-paint" / (Microsoft paint), Or, Your "Winword" Program, (Microsoft word), and Then, you paste it there, by clicking; "Ctrl V", For pasting your Screen-Snapped / Screen- Captured image. And then, you can then save it, to your own definite format.

  • EASILY REPEAT YOUR LAST COMMAND, IN EXCEL ( MICROSOFT EXCEL ).
To easily repeat your last command in Microsoft Excel, you only need to kindly Click "F4" located in your function's key's button, then, it repeat's the last command.

If you select a Cell, and highlight it yellow, you can then highlight any other selected Cell(s) yellow, by clicking "F4".


  • OPEN A LINK IN A NEW BROWSER TAB WITH ONE CLICK.
If you click the "Middle button", on your mouse, you will open the link in a new browser tab. And, if you middle-click an open tab, it will close it.

  • MAKE A COPY OF A FILE, BY JUST DRAGGING IT.
All you have to do, to make a copy of a file on Mac, is, hold the "Alt" key, ( "control/ Ctrl", if  you are using a window's Pc ), and then, Click and drag the file. This, will make a copy that you can drop anywhere you want, by Unclicking.

  • REVERSE SEARCH AN IMAGE IN CHROME.
In Google chrome, if you press/ click "s", while you Right-click on an image, it will do a Reverse Google search.  That mean's, you'll be able to see where that photo is, and where it potentially originated.

Pause YouTube with one click, or skip backward and forward 10 second’s.
Most people know you can hit the space bar, to pause a YouTube video, but sometime’s, this causes it to scroll down the page, if you haven’t already clicked on the video. If you press/ click “k”, this, will play (or pause) the video every time.

Hitting the “J” key will cause you to go backward 10 second’s, while hitting the “L” key, will make you go forward 10 second’s.

Move your window, to any side of the screen, or to the next monitor.
If you click the “Window’s” key, + one of the arrow key’s (Right, left, up, down), your current window, will move to that side of the screen. Similarly, “Window’s”, + “Shift”, + one of the arrows keys, will move your window, into whatever monitor is that way, (Right, for example). Unfortunately, this only work’s for windows machines.

Clear your cache in seconds.
Quickly clear your cache, by pressing/ clicking “control/ Ctrl”, + “R”. This will also refresh your page.

Lock your computer in seconds.
On a windows machine, hit “windows”, + “L”, to lock your computer.
This can be fun for pranks.

On a Mac, Click “Command”, + “Option”, + “Eject”. (or, “Power”, if your computer, Doesn’t have an optical drive).

Freak people out by rotating their screen.
If you Press/ Click “Control/ Ctrl” + “Alt” + one of the arrow keys, it will rotate your screen that way.
Note: This doesn’t work for all computers (and only on windows), but when it does, it can seriously freak someone out.

Turn your browser window, into a simple text editor.
If you want to bring up a basic text editor address bar in your browser:

Edit what your chrome browser looks like/ how your Chrome browser looks like.
If you want to play a trick on someone, and send them a fake Screen-shot of something that never existed, there’s an easy way in Chrome. First, you bring up the Console, by pressing/ Clicking “F12”.
Then, you enter: document.designMode= “on”.
After this, you can edit any of the text that appears on the Screen.

Reset your browser, so it’s not zoomed in.
Here, are three ways to deal with zooming in your web browser:
“control/ Ctrl” (or, “command” on Mac), + “0”, this resets it to default. Control/  Ctrl (or, “command” on Mac) Plus “+” for zooming in. “Control/ Ctrl” (or, “command”, on Mac) Plus “-“ for zooming out.
